Transitional Living
Transitional Living Program is available at TVN-Mount Vernon/Knox County and is open to both male and females. It is a safe, secure living arrangement where older youth (16 to 21-years-old) are expected to successfully complete four phases of treatment before graduating from the program.
It may be utilized as a step-down from residential and/or treatment foster care or as an alternative safe environment.
The program is designed to prepare older youth to live independently as adults while under program supervision. It teaches tangible skills and real-life application of those skills. The youth receive individual therapy along with group therapy.
